I don't think it's possible to stretch your balls. If you want to stretch your scrotum, there are many devices available that will help you accomplish this.

I agree with stef on this. Only ever heard of stretching the scrotum. Neatest I ever saw was to have a guy tie a thin rope around his sack. Hung a bucket from it. Every time someone bought a ticket for the event he was helping to promote, they got to put another rock in the bucket.

To the OP's defense most adult toy stores do call them Ball Stretchers. But yes technically speaking you are stretching the scrotum.

To the OP:
Check out the link below. They make a lot of toys specifically for what you are seek. The parachute harness is a good one to start out with. You can add more and more weights as time goes on. Start out small (8oz?) and build up over time.
