Would like some other thoughts on the subject of a slave. Never released and now has another dom who does not know she was never released. Thoughts?

Did she leave the first Dom? She's released. She really doesn't need some magical permission if she wants to and has left the relationship.

If you want her to file stalker charges against you, feel free to contact her new dom and whine about how you still own her. Don't be surprised if the two of them file orders of protection against you.

I honestly do not know any slaves in the bad stereotype way you mean it. I am not saying they do not exist but they are a minuscule minority versus those who claim to be one or want one. Actually I think I knew one and that covers all my lifetime.

That aside I don’t actually understand your thread.
What happened to your last owner?
If you have a new owner…oh fukit I go with what oside and lily say personally I view you with more than a modicum of disbelief - I am entitled to my own opinion

She's been released... by you.

The only way you are morally and legally entitled to keep a voluntary slave is by convincing her that she doesn't want to leave.

You failed to do that. Hence, you released her.
It doesn't really matter that you didn't tell her that she's released, because you already showed her through your actions that she was, and she knew it, so she left.

Where do you get the absurd notion that you have to release her?

I concur with the other posters.
If you were unable to be a sufficient Dom to hold her mentally/emotionally, you are no dom and you let her go - so she is released.

As LP stated, she does not need some magical word/phrase to be released.
Your lack of dominance released her.

I have a bit of a different take on this, but I don't know what kind of Dom you were.
I believe it would have been the right thing to do for her to say I'm releasing myself and move on in that way to her next Dom . But of course that's not always the way things work.
I personally wouldn't think it would be a good idea to pursue the subject any further though.

So... are you talking about someone who was your slave, who is now seeing someone else?

If that's the case... then it's "grow the fuck up o'clock". It's over. Move on.

It you're talking about someone who has come to you without having been released by her former dom... and the former dom is uppity then you need to tell them it's "grow the fuck up o'clock". It's over. Move on.

Master. Perhaps you can sell her for a token amount since she is not worth much and so satisfy honor? That would be best I think. It would be bad for business to do anything else, not for her.

Op offered no reality well it has none at all It is not difficult to work out it is actually a guy and it is no actual slave..
The odd regular on here does, have a reality, and when they have a reality they can sit in judgement, as I do on my throne of many muffin wrappers and empty wine bottles strewn asunder, resisting, most of the time, an urge to stamp , nae stomp, on utter garbage, and those without reality proclaiming the higher moral ground.

That one, I'll give you. For all we know, this was some stupid chat room fantasy where the 's' was <cough> collared <cough> to one person one weekend for some sexy net chat and then the next weekend, was repeating the process for sexy net chat with somebody else. I tried looking at the OP's profile to get a clue but all I came across were some journal entries of the 'nobody wants to do things' variety, which make me wonder if any of it was real in the first place.

The OP had time to view my profile after viewing his, but none to come back to the thread. Maybe he didn't like the reality based answers much.

If she has another Dom, you might want to think about why she is no longer serving you? Relationships are a two way street. If she left, there is a reason for her leaving. If you do not know why she left? Well that is a problem.
