I love horses, so your ranch in Texas sounds wonderful. I would like to make one suggestion, if I may. You say you don't want to be judged by your age, yet you seek a female submissive who is no older than 28.
You are certainly entitled to your preferences, but realistically speaking, requiring somebody who is 30 years younger than you to fit the rest of your requirements and be relocateable and leave her old life behind is a tall order.
Just something to consider. [:)]
