Please feel free to improvise on the rules, since I'm not very familiar with this Board.
A friend texted me the other day, asking me to describe myself in a nutshell. I'll spare you the text speak, but I had to give a condensed version.
I mention texting because it's a medium that forces me to get straight to the point with economy of words.
So he started out with a half dozen descriptors, but I'll pick one which I can relate to:
[I am] Helpful.
I kept mine limited to three short phrases, one of which was:
I am an Erotic Love Junkie.
If you can relate to mine, then repeat what I wrote about myself, and then add your own (short) sentence.
The next poster picks up on identifying with what you wrote, and then describes himself or herself "In a Nutshell, I am (or I am Not). . . ."
