like everything else we are all different.
I know for me it changed after I had nursing young.
The sensitivity changed, the sensations changed, Once you have had cracked nipples or mastitis...it can change your perception of pleasure n pain.I know many who cant handle nipple stimulation at all, others who can handle needles thru them, so someone sucking on them is a personal sensation thing.

I really enjoy having my nipples sucked by a guy.
Hmm explanation.. It just feels really good to me. I could like them being sucked on for a long time, like even an hour. I especially like if both my nipples are sucked on during masturbation.
