Where the owners are and where the site is registered is also irrelevant and the two do not have to be in the same place.

Most of the present moderators are proving to have the same traits has the last dismissed batch. They are in league with and friends of the corrupt moderators. They often use their member handles to bully and mock people and then delete their posts.

Nowadays there is frequent slow loading of the website and when entering it there are often other problems in sending messages and clcking onto profiles and other problems. It is easy to get into the message boards but that Is the least used part of the website.
I see none of these problems that you mention.

Visceral messages are usually aimed at socks and trolls, not genuine people.

And as soon as they were reported, most are removed fairly swiftly.
