I am feeling particularly bratty today and i asked Sir if he gave a shit about me, his response was 'as a person yes but as a sub no'. What does this mean? If he doesnt give a shit why own me in the first place? I get that the standard response will be that i am just slave meat and i am not saying i expect romance etc, thats not what i want, but i just dont understand it.

Perhaps it means that he's so fed up with your battiness that he doesn't think of you as a sub anymore.

Why aren't you asking him what he means? Why don't you folks focus on improving communication?

it most likely means that he likes you as a person, but that you are a disappointment to him as his sub

I think you have your answer... His response makes sense. He doesn't give a sit about the slave so why is the person offended? Are you really of the slave mentality?

I like a lot of persons very much whom I don't want to dominate me at all, let alone those who have tried and failed. Why would it be any different from the other side of the pond.
