Video catches street fight with bulldozers in China

quote:

Police in northern China say an argument between construction workers escalated into a demolition derby-style clash of heavy machinery that left at least two bulldozers flipped over in a street.

...

The construction workers were from two companies competing for business, Xu Feng, a local government spokesman in Hebei province's Xingtang county, said Monday.

This was an interesting video. Another article said that six vehicles were damaged and two injuries. They're not sure what sparked the fight, but apparently the construction industry is facing hard times in China.

Maybe that's how they 'bid' on such deals in China now, especially given the tough times. The co. with the fewest damaged machines...get's the deal.

I think there are several sectors facing some hard times in China right now.

But, if you like big, hulking vehicles beating on each other, have a look at combine demolition derbies.

People would pay money to watch a show about that once a week.
