@ Phydeaux and Bounty This is not the first time that you guys have either posted or promoted this ridiculous list of alleged "liberal likes" and "Islam likes". As I am certain both of you are aware, every time this list has been posted in the past, it has been comprehensively rubbished. To deliberately claim that leftists are in favour of "child pornography, legalisation of sex in public, legalisation of sex between children and adults" is false, malicious and slanderous, particularly when you have been advised in crystal clear terms in the past that these claims are completely false, that they have no basis whatsoever in fact. There are many other equally despicable, equally false claims made in the list. So why are you deliberately posting claims that you know to be wrong, to be false, to be dishonest, to be scurrilous and to be despicable? The only people these asinine lists speak to are people like you who post and/or promote this muck. By posting this nonsense you are telling us how dishonest you are, how you are prepared to lie and mislead in order to influence people and how you and your politics are absolutely devoid of integrity. Of course intelligent readers will respond to your crap by asking themselves: Why does this person feel forced to lie, mislead and slander to persuade people of the merits of their Point Of View (POV)? Is the truth insufficient to persuade people? As this person clearly feels the truth is insufficient to justify their POV, why should any sane person pay any attention to their POV?

Every time a Muslim person is appointed in a position where he can influence policies and laws, you just hope that he is able to function as a secular person to his duties and not ever bring religion into it. And this is for any overtly religious person, who identifies himself with his religion. It's not impossible, but I guess you can only tell with time, with his actions and what they are. Personally, anybody who subscribe to an ideology that is incompatible with secular laws, is questionable. Because on one hand, they support this other ideology that is not compatible with secular laws. On the other hand, they are in the position to uphold secular laws as a role model to society and possibly have a hand in influencing secular laws.

It doesn't matter to most people because, whatever the Bible says, the archbishops and senior bishops are generally assumed to hold to a version of Christianity that allows them to privilege secular law and morality over their religion. That assumption by most of us has largely been borne out in practice. The assumption is the same with Khan. And he's got far too many eyes on him, as well as democratic powers over him, for him to be able to put a foot wrong, anyway. Why is there this absolutely intransigent assumption that one's religion determines everything that one is and will do? And why does that only apply to Muslims - not Christians, Buddhists, etc, etc?
