Started to play at Hell Fire at 19 in 1974. First time there i was with my Master and his Mistress wife. Master Marc and Mistress Susan put on a show with 4 slaves each put in a different position. i was first, they put me on a cross upside down spread eagle butt naked to a packed house. Then they started to pour, drip and throw all kinds of wax down my legs starting at my feet. It ran down to my chin filling any opening it could find. I wasn't there that far back, but I was there a lot in the Mid '90s. I really miss the place. It was dark, cramped, confused, the floor was of dubious santitation, the wankers out-numbered the Scene folk some evenings, but I miss it. It had history, a depth, a sense of comitment that no where I have ever been can match.

At it was a great place for a first 'out in the scene date' for a neophyte. We would go in with her saying that she really wasn't ready to work in public, she wasn't sure about this stuff, etc. After ten minutes in the place she'd be spot welded to my side, promising ANYTHING if only I wouldn't leave her alone there...(bahHAhahaha!)

Paddles is a little 'disneyfied' for my tastes. The Fetish Warehouse (owned by M.Lenny and M. Marie, the former owners of Hellfire) has all the sleeze, none of the charm, and is just too damn open. Venom Club out here on the island is nice, but I don't get there enough.

I remember...

do i remeber .
i absolutely LOVED that Hole In The Wall! whenever i think about it, i get butterflies in my tummy. i did my first public play there w/ a "friend" we were both very green to the scene but after the first few times we were like old pros. *grinz wide and wicked *
thanks for the reminder . it still makes me blush to think about the times i had there .

Remember it? I think I gave it as an address a few times in the early 80's. It was my graduate school of perversion & debauchery.

One of the only issues I ever had with Rudy G. was his attack on the NYC sex industry. However I couldn't argue with his results for the city in general. It was amazing how all the 'squeegee-men' and homeless virtually disappeared after his election. (I always suspected they were being turned into Solent Green.) And being able to once again take visitors though, and be proud of Times Square was thought impossible until he said it wasn't.

But anyway - yes Hellfire was NYC lifestyle Mecca. It also was a great place to have conversations like that which occur at this site - pre internet.

HellFire will always have a warm spot in my kinky memory, especially the room with the motorcyle, and the shackles on the wall. I moved from conservative Cincinnati to NYC to be a 24/7 slave. My 2nd night in town, we went to HellFire, and I have never been the same. Every once in a while, I see Lenny in a porn video and just have to smile. Damn, that is a part of my life I would not trade for the world!!!
