I think the same line of reasoning has similar merit here.

As near as I can tell, pretty much all of BDSM involves some amount of faux "force".

in conceptualizing sissification (stereotypically being turned into a girl) as the penultimate form of humiliation & degradation, is what I find outrageous.

Here is another way to think about it:

It would be humiliating to have to wear a clown suit and dance on a streetcorner. That is, unless you identify as a clown and are marketing yourself or something. For a male in traditional and even contemporary society, wearing a woman suit is even more humiliating, if he identifies as masculine, for some hardwired reasons as well as a great deal of societal pressure. There are many stories of wives' lament after discovering their man's crossdressing fetish. Is that outrageous to you, for similar reasons? Is she being misogynistic if she finds the idea of her husband wearing a woman suit to be revolting or ridiculous?
