Because,

Well you know when your able to make pretty good game streams with no issues with cam or sound, but you come to a site like CS & try to record an intro & it looks like something out of the matrix but much much worse in slow mo & there is no option to delete it, and when you rerecord its like you did it for nothing. I am not hating here but do you guys ever fix anything? I miss CollarMe.com & its original owner, you know when things worked as they should have. Again no hate, its just very annoying when things don't work right & you know its not your hardware because your headsets, cams, and other things work just fine on Skype, LINE, other messengers, chats, and even in game streaming. So please take a moment to think how you would feel as the members of your site who has messaged you more then once but been polite about it with no answer, and not even a nice gesture of maybe just deleting the video for me.

On another note a section on the forums would be nice for things like bugs, glitches, feedback, etc. Because its always nice to hear what your members have to say, even when you really would rather not.

Any way its all good, if someone could just delete the video for me that would be awesome!

Yes, I did read this before but there is no other place to get someones attention so I posted it here. You guys do not reply to support questions or messages. You use to back when it was CollarMe, but not since it is now CS.
