Many people have virtually useless almost blank profiles. What purpose does that serve?

I recently became aware of the "view interests" part of one's profile. This has potential to be very useful when perusing profiles and looking for one with similar interests. I wonder why so many do/ not fill in this sect.on.

It serves the purpose they desire. If they wanted to share their interests with complete strangers, they would have.

Lots of people gave up on this site as a vehicle for finding partners, a long time ago.

Add in the scammers and the rest of the dross and you're left with very few potentials.

Some of prefer to share our interests with chosen people, rather than with the general CS wank-fodder-seeking population on the profile side.

blank profiles = sock, fake, cheat, liar, scammer, catfish, predatory scum bag as do generic profiles.

"recently became aware" christ all your threads are the same...but as you have a profile shouldn't you be answering all your mails of zero x 1 year, every year

I am not looking for a partner. See no reason to fill out a form about interests. Profile serves the purpowe3 of keeping men who are looking for a partner away. Of course they have to read the profile to know I am not looking. For some reason that is very difficult for some men. If they can't read a short profile, why would they bother to read a long interest list?
