Also, assuming it is true, more USians die from what is NOT in the food than what IS in the food. Here is a database that outlines what most of the essential minerals do in the body, which of course indicates what happens to you if you don't get enough or have a malabsorbtion problem.

Anyway, I did alot of research on this type of shit. There are good scientific reasons why one person dies of lung cancer in his fifties after never having smoked a single anything in his life and not even exposed to dirty air or diesel exhaust and another smokes two packs of Camel straights a day and lives to be 95.
Though I am older now and faltering, by eating right and mineral supplements I improved my health greatly many years ago. My knees were so bad I was in agony walking DOWN stairs. Back problems all the time. I did change my eating habits but I think the colloidal mineral supplement had more to do with it. There are 24 minerals recognized as essential. Modern farming produces more pounds of produce per acre now, but the minerals are diluted. That is why animal husbandry professionals have to administer mineral supplements to livestock.
And there are no tests. Chromium and vanadium are necessary for you not to become diabetic, but a blood test will not show a deficiency because it belongs in your pancreas, not in your blood. In fact pregnant Women get what's called gestational diabetes because the fetus eats up their chromium and vanadium, and then once the give birth the diabetes disappears.
In the database you can find information on quite a few maladies, but you have to read and understand it.
My guess is Trump takes mineral supplements. Might also use unrefined seas salt, which is very expensive BTW. I use it. My problems are caused totally by something else, not deficiencies.
And there's this other thing, I find it hard to believe that he even eats McDonald's. Maybe KFC because of those 11 herbs ad spices, but McD's really has nothing going for it. Rally's is better. But I cannot believe how much business McD's does. I go past one to the store on a Sunday at 5 PM and there is a whole line of cars there. Sunday is when you cook a nice meal at home. Perhaps go to a good restaurant but even people who can afford that ($100+) will make a nice roast in the winter, or maybe have a cookout in the summer. What is wrong with these people ?
You know, I do rail about ridiculous health care costs in this country and I am pretty sure I am right. But the people are not helping by eating this junk food. There are popular foods here they simply won't sell in other countries, or more aptly put, they won't buy in other countries.
And due to the nature of my work I have met quite a few immigrants from Europe. All of them complain about the food. They have to go to specialty stores to get the good food. I just bought some prosciutto at $18.99 a pound. Ham is a buck a pound. What do you think you're getting ? Ham is not even ham. I the past they made ham to preserve the pork, take the moisture out of it to slow bacteria from spoiling it. Well now after they get done salting it or smoking it or whatever, they pump water into it to get the weight up. Water is eight pounds per gallon. They can damnnear pump a half gallon of water into a good sized ham, and you pay four bucks for that, or more.
Him eating that shit is probably more of a popularity stunt. I am broke and poor and I don't eat that shit.
