What usually happens to a new slaves clothes when they are first taken in? This would be for a fulltime slave.

Status: offline 		OK, dude. Let's not be silly. It's not like an s-type moves in and their clothes get thrown out in favor of tattered rags or burlap sacks.

While I'm sure it's possible, I've never known anyone to throw out what a person moves in with so the D can incur the cost of buying an entire new wardrobe. Maybe a few things, but they still keep jeans, suits, etc that they came with. In a full time relationship, as time goes on, the D might make certain selections about attire, but I'm not just going to throw a few grand into the process.

If you are attached to certain items of clothing, underclothing, outerwear, footwear, or whatever belongings are of sentimental value, just make sure you let your dominant know that these things are important to you.

Dominants do not normally go around making their submissives discard their personal items unless there is a good reason for it (unsafe, unsightly-tattered/soiled/broken). Besides, you still have a say in this matter in terms of giving your consent.

Chances are, you are not going to become somebody's live-in slave right away, where they would be taking total charge of your wardrobe (if they were so inclined in the first place).

Yeah, I'm positive that M would not have wanted to replace my wardrobe (not to mention shoes) if he had shredded them when we got together.

Status: offline 		I hung up the clothes that needed to be hung in the closet and folded the rest and put them in my dresser. Not very exciting but it makes getting dressed in the am a lot easier.
