Does he have a coven called "Closely" which you misspelled or did you just fuck that whole sentence up while lecturing him on spelling?

he got the spelling correct, but you are right, he messed up the syntax, which yes, should disqualify him forever from commenting on anyone else's literary foibles, or even typos---but alas, it wont.

[Edited]

No the issue is gangs and a lack of values.
And the comparison needs to be made, not from perfection, but from where we were, which you refuse to do. The progress is what counts, and we have made a lot of progress.
You don't seem to be concerned with progress, just with getting rid of guns, progess doesn't count unless it includes taking away gun rights.

I will take your word for it that there is a problem with gangs and a lack of values.

Same here in the UK, but the gangs just don't have as many guns. We don't have nice gangs over here who settle their disputes by games of chess. We have gangs with less killing capacity and so (big surprise) they kill less.

The progress in reducing murder rates in the US is great news, but the biggest single factor in keeping the US with rates several times that of many OECD countries, despite that improvement, is the availability of killing machines (guns).

You don't have to take his word for it you can google it. Leave inner city gang murders from Chicago, Detroit, DC, and New Orleans out of the U.S. Stats and our statistics go from nearly the bottom to almost the top. It's easy to google if you really want to argue from a reasonable perspective.

Yes, I am sure that if you remove the murder hotspots from the picture the US murder rate would be much lower.

But that works for other countries too. Murders in the UK are not evenly spread around the country. Remove some of the inner cities and the UK murder rate falls to be even lower still.

You are right however that murders tend to be concentrated in low income areas, with high crime and greater availability of weapons. Sadly, contrary to middle class paranoia, it is those on low incomes who are most likely to be victims. That is as true in the UK as it is in the US.

Retards such as yourself are unable to comprehend the language above the 3rd grade level as is the case with the rest of the circlefelch coven which I have repeatedly pointed out, and you have repeatedly demonstrated.

The sentence is correct, closely is not capitalized (and not a name), no comma is required. And there is nothing wrong with that sentence.

Actually what you say is pretty much on, but misses the point. What the problem is, is population density.

There is so much to that. Let's take an example like the people trampled to death on Black Friday at Walmart to get TV sets. Let's take the joke about this little guy who goes through the line at a store having a huge sale who keeps getting kicked to the back off the line because the sheeple do not want him cutting ahead, but then he say "If you don't let me up there I am not going to be able to unlock the door". People really are that fucking stupid.

Until October you can access this via straight web browser, do so.

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29948706/article.htm

In October they will no longer render in a browser so you would have to download it. Another thing in life I liked they took away. But it describes experiments done a long time ago with different animals and the result of overcrowding. Plenty of food but just forcing them to be closer together. It seems to have resulted in exactly the shit we are experiencing now that there are seven billion on the planet.

People who don't have any of their own space, at least us, go nuts. I know that Oriental live in less space, but they got a reason for putting up those paper walls. They say the population density is alot more in Europe but the ignore the fact that Wally the wallbuilder was there and they have small apartments. And they forget that much of this country is uninhabitable. If the middle of the desert was inhabitable, at least half of NYC would be there. But they can't. Any foreigners here who think we are not overpopulated, go try to live in Dustbowl bumfukt Kansas. Fucking 200 miles to the nearest grocery store.

The problem is population density. I have heard from people who moved from urban areas where they knew few if any of their neighbors, to places where their neighbors are like a mile away and they know all of them. And they go to town meeting with the city council and maybe even mayor.

In the city you get an apartment and the n____ next door is playig BOOM MUFUKA BOOM MUFUKA and if you go and tell him to turn that shit down you better have a gun. And the cops ain't coming.

Europeans don't want to come here. In fact I was in a position to do so and offered a PALESTINIAN a H1B visa to come here and he flat out turned me down. A PALESTINIAN. This is where Trump is fucking up, the illegal immigrant problem is nowhere near what it is cracked up to be. He might even know that but be saying it to get votes. I don't mind, he is no prize but at least he is not Hillary Clinton.

Not much more to say. Well maybe at least that and he doesn't seem to be pandering to the religious assholes so far.

T^T

If the coven name was "Closely" it should be capitalized and was therefore misspelled. I was giving him a choice. Silly, I know.

bounty44 -> RE: Alright, I am a gun owner, but even I think this is nuts. (9/28/2016 3:24:56 PM)

sorry vile critter parts, the general rule and usual syntax is that adverbs are place immediately preceding the word they modify.

(please note the words "general" and "usual" before you go frothing with any more vulgar apoplexy)

the best rendering goes: "...on the boards closely followed by your circlefelch coven" not "...on the boards followed by your circlefelch coven closely."

I suppose you can make a case for the way you wrote it, but only if youre related to yoda.

in any event, since you are so fond of charging people with elementary school understandings you will appreciate this---your 3rd grade teacher would not let you get away with how you wrote it. the adverb is too far away from the word it modifies, and as evidenced by the very argument that's going on, it creates ambiguity.

one last thing while im at it:

the presence or absence of a comma after "coven" would not necessarily be indicative of a coven named "closely." that is, its as correct to say "followed by my dog spot" as it is to say "followed by my dog, spot."

But in each case spot would be spelled incorrectly if not capitalized.

bounty44 -> RE: Alright, I am a gun owner, but even I think this is nuts. (9/28/2016 6:40:29 PM)

some people might refer to proper nouns (or not proper nouns) as being in the realm of spelling. for instance we typically hear something like "it's spelled with a capital [what ever letter is in question]."

however, properly speaking, "capitalization" is its own category, under "mechanics" and distinct from "spelling" (which is also under mechanics) so they are related, but separate.

its starts to get pretty esoteric though after a bit.
