LOL. Mind if I share this link with Engie? I'm sure that he'll get a kick out of it. (Yeah, pretty sure most folks will get the pun in that and half of how Engie became "Engie" in the first place. The other half is the play on words that GT tends to use when somebody new comes into my life, as in "New Guy". Made for a perfect nickname in this case.) From personal perspective, I can't say the article is a complete surprise. I have a few posts over the years that can be found through the search feature that mention the frequency of which I seem to do well with engineers. While the article seems to imply the engineers are more often in the top/Dom role, there's a darn good share of them out there who go easily into the bottom/submissive role. They are the technical, geeky, well educated types, who are generally middle to upper income people when it comes to employment, with responsibilities that match their salaries, and are the ones who want to 'let it go' when their profession isn't demanding of them in the day to day sense. (Something you'll see with certain female s-types who are much different between their work like and their home life.) Also have to agree with the interest about how things work. People with an engineering background are great about wanting to know how you get from point A, to point B, to point C, and beyond about what makes the play work, or how do you do that, or step by step to make a knot look a certain way. They are ridiculously fun to play with and they tend to be amazing at (what I call) post play recap. Very nice link. Thank you.
