HERE Just hours ago, the reported sister of a man mentally challenged, called police to 'help' her brother. They 'helped' him alright. Police said the man, walking disoriented in the middle of the street, put his hands together as if holding something maybe a firearm they added and turned toward them. Police claimed he “rapidly drew an object from his front pants pocket, placed both hands together and extended them rapidly toward the officer taking up what appeared to be a shooting stance.” The alleged sister told reporters that is not true at all, he did not reach for anything, was holding his hands apart and up. Another eye witness told reporters that he did not see the man reach for anything, turned holding his hands away from his body out to his side. Seems from this info. the first two police showed some restraint. And the according the above witness, another cop showed up, got out of car and immediately shot and killed the man. Why not, seems likely the police can make up a story and get away with it.

I suppose you missed the fact that people got videos which appear to confirm the police version, maybe for a change we should wait till we get all the information before we make assumptions.

FR This is issue is just non stop. Police using excessive force is a big problem. That is what is happening. But it's not a race issue. If it was a white man, there would be no news. I think what they need to do is create a better tranquilizer gun from now on. So when they go happy shooting. Nobody dies.

In the future, please use a source that isn't home for malicious software. I copy/pasted the names and did a search elsewhere. In any case, in all five referenced shootings the perpetrators had guns, and in four of them they pointed and/or shot at the police. The other one had just robbed two stores and ran off the road to get around a police blockade. All five had committed crimes at gunpoint just minutes or a couple of hours prior to their confrontation with police. Black and white people are shot all the time in shoot outs with police, or at least pointing a weapon. That's why it's not national news. It's yet to be determined if Scott had a gun in hand or not, but even if so he clearly did not aim anything or make motions of aiming, and certainly did not shoot. But you can't tell the difference. I am ever so glad you live half way around the world. You are dangerously stupid and imbecilic, and no person in right mind would let a child anywhere near you.

Looking at the photo of the instant the shots were fired, even though the man was unarmed, he pointed and took a shooting stance. Suicide by cop, because I would have done the same thing.

After the second time I challenged him he reached into his back pocket (or waist band) and whiped somthing shiny out. FR I am getting sick of stupidity in this country, what are they putting in the water ? How simple is it to figure out that when confronting a person with a gun you do not fuck with them ? In other words I am starting to not care anymore. I know it is wrong, kinda, but we have too many stupid people. Both Black and White. Look up stupid criminals on the net and you'll find Whites well represented in the results. Second of all, in any case, in the US, the LAST thing you do is call the cops. Takes me back to a strory before I had internet in the news. A girl crying her eyes out. At school they showed her what pot smelled like and if anyone was smoking it to call the cops. Her Parents burned one apparently and she called the cops. Now they are being taken to jail and she is going to a foster home. Tell you what, if I were those Parents when I got out of jail and they started making me jump through hoops to get the kid back I would say "Fuck you, keep her". Call the cops because they were smoking when they never did anything wrong to you, fed you and put you up and bought you clothes and toys n shit. If she was willing to call the cops on us for smoking a joint after that we obviously are unfit to be Parents so you keep her. You never ever call the cops unless your car gets stolen, especially if you left your cellphone in it. If you suffer a really bad burglary ad want the insurance to pay off. If a gun licensed in your name gets stolen. Get it through your head (not you personally, and actually this is FR) the cops are not social workers. They are not drug counselors. They are not psychologists. They are hired soldiers. Soldiers kill. In their case they work for the rent seekers in their spare time on duty by writing tickets. That is their job. For wrong or right, get used to it. You report a car stolen because it has your plates on it and could be used in a robbery, plus the fact that they do get some of them back. Guns if registered to you. Robberies that exceed your deductible on the house insurance. T^T

it is obvious that the American Police in relation to black people, or just trigger happy. I am on Duty in the U.K. with a Glock 17, and we are trained, if we have to, to shoot below the knee, which puts them down Vive le difference. Terri . xx
