Stamina question
Hello my sister subs - I am new to the sub world and I am having struggles with my level of stamina. I sometimes cannot keep up with my Doms desire for vigorous play multiple times in a row, everyday. I am in my 50's and want to keep up, but my body is struggling at times to do so -- need some seasoned sub advice.

Tell him. He needs to be aware and sensitive to your limitations and adjust appropriately if he cares enough to do so. Communication is the most important thing, always. If he doesn't know you are having difficulty he can't help you.

Also, rest and recuperation are important between sessions. If he's not giving you time for that it could do serious and permanent damage and I'd question his competence if he isn't allowing for rest.

This may be a self limiting issue. In my fairly limited experience, there is a honeymoon period where my dom/sadist wants to play with his new toy - a lot. And after a while a little less, then to a regular scheduled play date.

You might let him know that its all a bit much at this time, that you appreciate his enthusiasm and really enjoy it, but your body isn't keeping up. I can't see a reasonable dom not paying attention. And I am making the assumption that it's a male dom.

outside of everything everyone else is saying -- perhaps, if you haven't already, start a physical fitness regime that strengthens your endurance.

Tell him. Communication doesn't stop because you're in a D/s relationship.

Also- not all subs are considered "sisters".
