Okay fair enough. Apart from worshiping and licking ect it's something ya don't see or hear often. Kept under the rugs to much I guess.

Heh, sorry. I can't tell you how common it is, but generally all kinks run across genders where the equipment, in this case feet and faces, is common. I'd expect foot face smothering among gay male and female pairings as well.

I would venture that erotica has been written about it, somewhere. But to me, this seems like a natural outcome of D/s applied to a foot fetish -- obvious enough that most won't take the time to write about it or get a special kick out of divulging it. But it's almost certain that someone is doing it somewhere, and I don't see anything that ties it to a specific gender or orientation.
