Hey I'm new on this site and to this lifestyle only ever had one Dom for a short period! How many of you out there are actually in the relationship you desire from meeting on this site? Just curious to if this really works! Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I'm in two relationships at the moment with people met on this site.

Two other of my previous partners were also met on this site.

And I've met a dozen friends, and casual acquaintances on here.

I didn't meet my current boy here, but I have met others from the site for play or short-term relationships, and it's gone really well!

Don't be afraid to reach out to people you find interesting, waiting for a match to come to you can mean that you might be waiting forever. And be selective, don't jump onto cam with everyone who asks, make sure they're willing to get to know you a bit first.

Some of us are "real" in the sense we are who we say we are. Some of us have met real people on this network. For me, that was many moons ago. Lately, ~~Collarme~~ Collarpace seems like little more than a hangout for trolls, bots, sock puppets, and spammers. The site's software and design is outdated and I don't see any effort to revitalize it, which is a shame, because if someone put some money, thought, and good design into this well-established name, Collarme could have a second golden age of real, authentic people frequenting it. Until then, your chances of finding someone are probably better off on other networks.

I've met well over 50 people who've had CM profiles. Many of them I met through CM, now CS. Others I met through events, and in conversation it came up that they had a profile here. As you can see, I used to post here on a regular basis. I've been away from the site for a long time, and just started poking around again a few days ago. The primary userbase now appears to be people who are looking for online interaction. A lot of kinksters knock that, but I don't. People have a right to ask for and like what they like. But it sounds as though you're looking for something else.

I think there's a vacuum in the market right now. No dating site is focused on kink, the way this one is/used to be. My advice is: be genuine with everyone, and keep an open mind, but don't expect much. You might find someone here, and even though it isn't great, I'm not aware of any other kink venue that's better. All that said, I expect I'll be disappearing again soon. Your mileage may vary.

Although I have made some wonderful friends here and my partner and I both had profiles here, we did not meet through this site. We actually met at a week long kinky event. We never saw each other's profiles as we weren't looking for someone who lived nearly 600 miles away. We are both still members here. Have made some terrific friends, together and separately through this site.

I met my Sir on collarme, and met my sweetie on Friendfinders.com which strictly speaking isn't a bdsm site, but since my profile was strictly bdsm, the replies I got were for men interested in the lifestyle.

You can meet men on diverse websites as long as you are open about what you want. Heck, I realized I was submissive from an answer on a vanilla site, because I had posted that I didn't want to be in charge of a relationship, just to have a say. His reply made me realise that there was a whole world out there of people who were into what turned me on.

I'm sure lots on here are real. I've not met someone from here but I don't look hard on here either.
Too many wannabes so be careful. Too often I hear the stories within the community where some are so wanting a Dominant that they jump before they do their homework.

Im real as well. Many fakes on both sides wasting everyone's time. Can't count the messages that i have got and they have either been copy and paste or from profiles that are gone for one reason or another. Makes it hard to find anyone thats for sure.

I'm definitely real on here. But I sometimes wonder if other people on here think so. I've sent out hundreds or messages and got quite a few messages in return. I would calculate maybe a return rate or 2%. I write very articulate messages that spell's out exactly what I seek, and ask pertinent questions of the person I'm talking to. Looking back at my archive I came to the realization that not one woman had ever messaged me without me messaging her first. I had my first one the other night. She thanked me for an article I had written for the Marine Corps 241st birthday a couple of days ago in my journal. My question is since a lot of women here complain about the messages they continually get, why don't they reach out to males that are here for that reason.
