I was only flagging up the obstacles you might face here.

Oh you darling man, I am well aware of the obstacles one faces when trying to discuss communism, the primary obstacle is the incredible depth of ignorance of the topic on the part of most people. Just look at DocStrange's posts for an example of that ignorance.

Perhaps by discussing it a little, some of that ignorance will be lifted. Or not. But it makes for a break from discussing US politics, which I am sure we could all use. :)

He can't, he is the Prime Minister, not the Director of Communication for Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
You seem a little confused as to the duties, and responsibilities of the Prime Minister.

Oh Bull Shite.. he decided immigration policy before he was even elected as leader of the Liberal Party, he decided how many refugees would be allowed in, he decided on the changes to immigration policy, his name is plastered across all of it, he is the head cheese and sets the tone like every CEO of every corporation does for their managers & employees.. if he hasnt looked at that website then shame on him, if he has looked at that website and thought those cartoon drawings were "kewl" then double shame on him for giving potential immigrants the impression of Canada as being so mikey mouse..

Please provide us an example of a country where communism is successful

Please provide us an example of a country where communism has even been tried.

I have already done that. Communism may start out with good intentions but power hungry people get in the way at the expense of the people. I am not against the idea of people living and working for the good of the community. What I am saying is for a country it is not sustainable. For a country to thrive it must be profitable versus just providing enough for the people. That profit then needs to be reinvested into community to create growth.

Now if you want a community where it has worked go to the Black Bear Ranch in the mountains in California. Black Bear has been successful commune since 1968 and still going. It is not free, you need to pay to live there but the cost is small compared to what it takes to live anywhere else in the USA. And while this commune is successful, you cannot scale it up to the country level. The commune does not make money but requires money to be successful.
