Hillary is the mother of his daughters bestie, the Clintons have attended his wedding to Melania, they have rubbed elbows for a long time, Trump was a Democrat before he ran as an Independent and then now crashing the Republican Party as its uninvited leader.. even if he "appoints" someone to "look" into the whole affair, it will be just for show, nothing will come of it..

Now, his CV is his CV, he still has 3500 pending lawsuits = unknown outcome and yet they technically form part of his CV - which he could be impeached for, or anything alleged which later proves to be true and within the remit of Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes, Misdemeanours and being a Pirate(hehe). ..hes fuked.

And what in having a personal relationship has to do with Department of Justice investigations into malfeasance in office? And it is Obama who is rumored to be considering a pardon for Hillary Clinton even before charges are brought. The precedent for such actions was set when Agnew pardoned Nixon before any charges were formally brought. Trump could issue a pardon too. But I don't think Trump will be using the DoJ as a personal attack dog the way other politicians in recent history have tried to.
