Because there's a contingent in our community that insists if you're a masochist, you MUST be submissive. New people, coming into the life are taught this and they believe it because the person telling them has a piece of paper or has "earned their leathers" or seems like they know what they're talking about. If someone makes too many demands, it's unlikely she'll become my sub. If someone makes suggestions, I'd be foolish not to listen. Note: until they're in a power dynamic with me, they can act any way they please.

What's the matter little girl, do the big bad subs refuse to pay you to be their pretend dominant? If you actually were a dominant, you'd know no sub owes you the time of day until such time as they decide to enter into a D/s relationship with you. Very few, if any, will be willing to give you their hard earned cash for nothing.

But I guess you know all that, princess. There are so many subs out there, I'm sure you can meet the kind of drone who puts up with you eventually. Just don't expect every sub to be an empty vessel, who makes no practical or emotional demands on your royal delicateness.

"Their place" is where they choose. In tru submission this is the submissive who chooses the Dom since she/he submits her/his free will and freedom to a Dom/Master. Take dogs for example. Dogs know when person with strong personality enters the stage. Visit a dog shelter and you will quickly learn. As for demands - probabtly you do not deliver so they demand. Demanding in case of slave is a last line of defence before ending the relationship. It is good to know how to read signs. Is it true you do it for money as some people suggest? If yes - word of advice. It is a simple trade. They buy a service. Everytome money comes on table it is a transaction. Even if it looks odd ir is always is a transation so if you complain - then it means your clientele may expect something more. Practice makes perfect.
