i have several of these leftover from a whips workshop. They were contracted but are from a reputable whip maker in the US, but since he doesn't provide whips for lifestylers, i'm not divulging the producer.

They are 12 plait, with 10 plait bellies, unweighted, which makes them light enough for controlled wrapping, as you don't have to "throw to kill" to get a good crack before the wrap.
