How does one BE more dominant? My fiancé and I are both subs, but I'd like to be able to give him what he likes in that Domme way.

Well, if you aren't, I doubt you get much out of it, if you just want to do it for him (doubt that it's going to work long term though) you could just approach it as kind of a role play and treat him like you would like to be treated by a dominant?

be the Domme you are. if the Domme you are isn't Domme, then there you are.
perhaps you could try to be a service top and ask him what he wants you to do. That's with my fellas (well the other way round, they were the service tops) until they started getting into it for its own sake.
Now sometimes i wish they were still service tops, because sometimes they take me places i am not totally comfortable going

Like ThatDizzyChick said you can service top each other (why should it only be one way if you are both sub?). You can learn to get good at it, although it will probably always be an act. I suspect that being Dom or sub is at least partly innate, or else is a part of your personality that you cannot change.
