I’ve never seen an election like that ever…holy fuk what an absolute mess....like that time i drank 4 buckets of chardonnay.

A debacle, nay scandal, corruption, deceit, lies and damn lies, and non-handsome shenanigans aplenty and bed wetting whorebags and defilers and that is just for the one they call Trumpaloons elect - a total mad bastard

Why don't you snowflake morons stop beating about the mealy-mouthed nuanced tomfoolery and say it. You want to criminalize political opposition

Now go. Your mama called and said to tell you to go riot in the freeway

On what grounds? Legally/Constitutionally speaking?

At this point, you'll have to convince Congress to impeach and convict him, or convince him to resign.

Otherwise, on Jan. 20, he's the president for four years.

Won't convince a republican government, that their guy need to go away

WickedsDesire -> RE: Should the US election be declared null and void and rerun? (1/12/2017 3:01:50 PM)

I think my thread to be most valid and a very good question...so I will dispense with the havering halfwit of sock construct for now.

Ive no idea is it possible I am seriously asking. The nuances of your constitution and laws escape me – I think if we/you elect an utter fuking lying monster with the help of Emperor Penguin Putin the result is valid…. but we can get rid of the mad bastard sooneth and install a puppet of our choosing – I think that …I understand this about the American constituent and that makes no sense to me.

You won't convince anyone to go back and redo an election they won.

If Trump is deem unfit.

Pence will be President.

I am sure when Pence took the job, everyone thought he was nuts to align himself with Trump.

Man, seriously on Pence, that was the biggest risk anybody could take!

Paid off, he is so close to being President, it's like genius!

Trump is gonna have the most difficult Presidency ever.

Obama just had to deal with racism from the public, which really does not affect what he can or cannot do at work. And of course whole bunch of republicans refusing to give him their support and block his every move. But Obama has mainstream media on his side. So that was one good thing that benefited him.

Trump has to deal with alot of hate from the public, as well hate from within. His own party and the other party. And the media constantly demonizing him. Only reporting all the bad and leaving out all the good.

So with everybody out to find dirt on him and kick him off Presidency. He got a crazy 4 years of war for himself.

With Pence, all they can do is go on and on and on about him being anti-women for his hardcore pro-life stances. But then, George W Bush wanted to ban abortion too.

Other than that, Pence got it quite clean except he will push for a very traditional Republican set of ideas. Which is predictable and everyone will know what to expect.

NotFiftyShades -> RE: Should the US election be declared null and void and rerun? (1/13/2017 8:25:55 AM)

really?
to use Hillary's word...I'm appalled.
you lefties ran with quite possibly the only person on earth who could have lost this election and BOOM she lost the election
I keep seeing words like nut sucker and such. Ever heard the words poor loser? Because that's what the whole democratic party and half the rino republican party is acting like.
I've said it before. Suck it up. We've dealt with the Islamic race baiter in chief for eight years. It is time for a true conservative in the oval office.

Musicmystery -> RE: Should the US election be declared null and void and rerun? (1/13/2017 8:29:25 AM)

"you lefties"?

I didn't vote for her. I campaigned for third parties.

And yep, the DNC totally blew this one. Terrible candidate -- both Trump and Clinton.

But the poor loser crap is bullshit. People certainly didn't sit about and suck it up for Obama.

Trump is a terrible choice too, and he's going to face a lot of opposition. And he should.

What name were you posting under when you said it before? Doesn't seem to be in any of the twelve posts you'd made for this account.

Seriously, we don't do Mulligans. The term is four years . . . . period! Unless impeached or somehow run out of office (see Richard Nixon. . . run, Ricky, run)

WickedsDesire -> RE: Should the US election be declared null and void and rerun? (1/13/2017 10:57:09 AM)

Whats a Mulligan Vincent?
My point is when they come to the conclusion they have an elect blithering lying mad bastard bed pisser who shags rabid goats and likes finest Mexican coke(WM now pay attention I don’t hit the radar with that one)….why is replacing him valid. Whence he should have never have been in the first place.

Is replacing a mad lying simple pinko cunto democracy? – And their laws allow this occurrence to occur….they do you know. Got here with a lie you can trade creature in for a lesser lie. Is that democracy?

You election is invalid, this I know, so what are you commie loving pussies going to do about it

accublond -> RE: Should the US election be declared null and void and rerun? (1/13/2017 10:58:19 AM)

Ex-constitutional lawyer here. No one can declare the U.S. federal election null and void... separation of powers, etc. (Bush v. Gore notwithstanding). However, if it is proven that the new president (or his associates) conspired with an adversarial foreign power (Russia) to rig the thing -- and used, among other things, stolen property (the DNC memos) to do so... then those are high crimes and an impeachable offense. The college professor who predicted a Trump victory even before the Donald had announced he was running also predicted that Trump would be impeached "within two years." Still looks good from here.
