Well let's go with that. If "the plan had been under consideration since November 7, and officials under the administration of Barack Obama reviewed and approved it January 6," then the failures in intelligence and planning would seem to devolve upon the Obama administration, leaving Trump guilty at worst of relying on the previous administration's assessment. One might also wonder if these unnamed "officials" cited by Reuters expressed their view prior to the raid, and whether it was considered to have merit by the military entities charged with carrying out the plan.

Oh look you put quotes around "officials"... I guess this is why Trump resonates with you so-- because he also likes to pretend that anything that threatens his team's reputation is fake.

And the reason Obama held off on approval is because he thought they needed to collect more intelligence. I'm going to say that he probably reached this conclusion after actually talking to people who knew about the operation and carefully weighing the options they presented. This is what intelligent, competent people do.

So how much intelligence collecting do you think Trump did before he signed off on it? How many military officials do you think he consulted? I mean, considering how he's spent the whole week ruining people's lives with executive orders, tweeting his bullshit, picking cabinet members, getting angry at the media, threatening Australia and Mexico, sanctioning Iran, etc...

Despite your hilariously spewing your usual ignorant guesses as fact, post #3 of the thread has already stated the real reason (here in reality) the Obama administration waited - the operation required a moonless night, which wouldn't occur until after Obama left office

So the previous administration would have launched the attack without reviewing the situation and any changes daily from the 6th, to the date of the launch?, or was that not done by a new CIC, and trumps team did not review it before launching it?

That's a question neither of us can answer, and opinions can vary on the interpretation of intelligence. It seems to me that Trump has enough faults without swinging cudgels every time an incomplete picture allows for the invention of an unflattering scenario.

Notice how you were ignored heavyblinker - Common tact, is it not, when you make accurate points - do you know they are still in denial even afterwards - what country are you from - if you can afford to tell me that for I am curious?...do you think its blind faith? or much worse and insidious?

hello you other two three fukwits - No Obama and his team did not launch a strike as they had insufficient information (intelligence - strange word that - actual hard facts - tall tales do not count). Personally on the initial thread, cant minds whose that was, I remained not happy but accepted the strike as I know animals use their own people/religion/women and children as huwman shields when not raping and killing the..I still stand by that.

Now, this strike, they have been tinkering with the facts been a complete lying bunch of kunts blamed everyone from Obama to how many credible intelligence-lying cunts- sorry women I know many of you dislike that word - shoes ;) american jackals lives they would have taken on their soil stolen soil.

In the thick of it , sorry i meant the movie version In the Loop is a wonderful movie, Oscar nominated - any one seen it? and its funny as fuk and veep is total shit i couldn't get past season 1 -a watered down version of the original masterpiece for the Americashire mongrels pea like brains.

Oh that is factless felchgobbling nutsuckerism. If the last intel was nov 7 at that house, what are the chances that the intel was valid Jan 29?

Were they stuck in time frozen like a family sitting down to their thanksgiving dinner on a norman rockwell painting?

Dont keep felchgobbling this nutsuckers. The douchester is a nutsucker who got a purple heart for bone spurs.

FR

Where are we supposed to come by accurate intel, with the constant neutering our intelligence agencies suffer at the hands of the left and RINOs like John McSame

kdsub -> RE: Buffoon-in-Chief goes w/o intel, kills SEAL, 15 women/children, $70m helicopter (2/5/2017 9:16:54 AM)

From the day he took office he was responsible for military actions authorized by his administration... Blaming a previous administration is not an excuse at all. The fact that the operation had problems is part of war... the problem is his refusal to take sole responsibility.

I have moved into seats of authority on several occasions... The first thing you do before you act is to review all existing procedures and proposals. The last thing I would do is continue with an existing project without a thorough review.

Mistakes will be made especially in war... what you do is accept responsibility... try to not make the same mistake again...and move on. What you don't do is try to deflect blame to others. By doing this he could lose the respect and support of the American people and the armed forces he is putting in harms way.
