ORIGINAL: peppermint For example, I could really be compatible BDSM wise and sexually with some guy. However, he might love to hike, ski, ride motorcycles, and run marathons. I have breathing issues. I can't do those types of activities. Would be a waste of time for us to plan on anything long term. Interestingly. I have never dated a man with similar hobbies as me ever. It's more like, we like each other but we do our own social things separately because we don't like the same things. The similar hobbies part I guess is not even a factor, as for me, when we go out and do different things separately from each other and then we regroup again, we will have alot more to talk about and tell each other about what went on. After all, when being a couple, there will always be mundane things that you can always do together, like have meals together and go supermarket shopping together. I personally can't imagine it's possible to find anybody with similar hobbies as me, since all my hobbies are very polarizing.
