Speaking of all of this..... has anybody ever had a brazil wax? I'm intrigued but too scared! Shaving is a D-A-I-L-Y chore.... but hey. A sub's gotta do what a sub's gotta do, right? ~anna Yes, I've been to Brazil so to speak.....~g~ There are pluses and minuses I think. You still get the bumps as you do with shaving ~at least I did~ and as we know, those can be painful. I also found that I didn't like being that smooth. I like clippers myself. It eliminates the ingrown hairs and the hurty bumps, and you can get fairly close (Note, I've always found that no matter what, you still end up taking a razor to the lips regardless of method), and I prefer to be closely trimmed as opposed to completely hairless. I haven't read this whole thread, so if this is redundant, please forgive. I've also found with 'smoothy maintenance' that taking a mesh sponge to the area and giving it a good scrub can help to stave off the bumps that sometimes crop up due to ingrown hairs. From conversations with others in the scene, there is apparently a 'hospital' grade dipilitory cream that can be purchased in hospital supply stores that is better than the 'Nair' type products found in the H&B section, but I have no primary experince with these, though from what I heard they are pretty good. Good luck, Lily
