I am a full time DL and have been for well over thirty years. I was never well endowed but I have a very small scrotum and my balls are pea sized. I am wondering if wearing diapers 24/7 has caused them to shrink over time. Any thoughts?

Diapers wont do that. It's called heredity.

It could be that your testicles are undescended and that what you touch is part of the vas deferens. Do you have kids?

Is that a photo of you on your avatar? I would look into Klinefelters Syndrome. Do a google search..if any of it sounds familiar go to your doctor with the word Klinefelters...since many know nothing of the condition and get your sperm checked. Just an idea...that is my only answer to you, beyond that I've no clue if diapers could change your testicles. I'm thinking no, but who knows?

An older male friend of mine noticed his testicles were getting smaller. Turns out his body quit producing testosterone. He started using 'the patch' (testosterone patch) and they're back! Perhaps that's it? Diapers wouldn't be the cause. bear

High amounts of iron in the blood for long periods of time can cause the testies to shrink as well.

After spending a few years working in nursing homes, be glad that you have a small sack. For some reason, they've been known to usually get bigger as men age. If you can keep them to where you don't have problems putting on your underwear, you're doing good. Any how, I don't think diapers had anything to do with it. I don't know what to say about your boys but if you really want the sack to get bigger, then start stetching with CBT.

DL stands for diaper lover. I still hate that term but in this neck of the woods if you are into wearing diapers, you are either labeled a AB (Adult Baby) Or a DL for (diaper lover). i think it should be diaper enthusiast.

Although it may be any of the reasons others mentioned, the best thing would be to discuss this with a doctor.

If as you say you've been doing this for thirty years, then I'll agree with whomever said that the issue is more likely a need for HRT than due to the diapers. Google "andropause", you'll find a lot of info. It may not be easy to find a doctor who's supportive of male HRT, most would rather hand out viagra - but keep looking, you'll find one.
