I am not gonna convince you to live. In fact, I am here to tell you that, you need to do whatever makes you happiest. IF dying makes you happier than living. Choose that! But ONLY BECAUSE you truly believe it will make you happy. Choose what makes you happy!
There are many painless ways to die in the internet. One of it is the Helium Bag over head method. You can google it.
Everybody should do whatever makes them happiest!
So should you! I don't see death as a bad thing, you could be re-united with your wife.
No point seeking sympathy or anybody to care. Because it will never be enough to satisfy you, whatever you need, people here can't give. Professionals, they are just doing their jobs, whatever their textbooks teaches them.
Seriously, I believe people should have a choice to choose to live or die. You just have to decide what is worst? Living or Dying? It's your life, and you have the right to live and the right to end it. Your life. Your choice. Take responsibility for it.
