Putin was a piece of shit working for the Soviets. But now he has his, and he seems to really care about Russia. Turned over a new leaf so to speak. He has no need to do anything of the sort, he has popular support, he has improved the economy, people have jobs and disposable income now. Everyone is less unhappy to say the least.
I think he will be on the motherfucker. Blow up our trains ? Well we'll hunt you down and fry your ass. And they should. It is the only way.
Russia has been involved in Syria and Afghanistan and therefore made some enemies. When you talk Crimea and Georgia, they WANT to be allied with Russia. What many people don't know is that Russia did not invade Georgia, they were asked to help with an insurrection. And their government wasn't all that bad. No worse than ours.
I know there are many "false flag" operations in the world. But Russia has no need for this. They are a world superpower second only to us, and if we ever got into it we would have more than a bloody nose out of the conflict. Plus we would be fighting on borrowed money. They would not.
That's why I scoff at those who bitch about the possible connections between Trump and Putin. Russia is the main country that can fuck us up. Isn't it a good idea to be friendly ? And this interfering with the election shit is total bullshit, there is not way they could do it. Leaking emails ? What, TELLING THE TRUTH IS A PROBLEM NOW ? Fuck all that.
If I could learn the language I would maybe go to Russia, but I don't want to be like the people we bitch about who come here and won't even learn the language. And when it gets to the point where when you cll tech support on something and it is press TWO for English, I don't want to be here. I resent that, and I would not blame the Russians for same. You come here - you learn the language and get a job. I fully understand that and agree, so I am not going to impose myself on them.
