Hey, found a pretty switch that wants to make a kind of a contract, see who's the real dominant one, and for that we thought it'd be good to have a kinda contract, she said something like in 50 shades of grey, don't know what she's talking about, didn't really see the film, someone can clue me in ?

Watch the movie or just ask her to explain exactly what she means. Communication is key to any relationship.

Well thanks for the answers, but I looked at it and apparently you have to pay for the big boy? Either way, asked another girl wtf is this contract, basically I tell her everything I'm gonna do, if she signs it I can do whatever I said in the contract. Looks like some fantasy shit, we'll see how this one will work out, we both have thick skin so we gonna see who breaks there the other first. Don't worry about safety and health we talked about it.

Hey, at least he realizes its fantasy. Doesn't sound to me like he plans on taking it too seriously, which is probably the biggest thing in their favor if his sub is planning on basing their dynamic on a shit movie that he hasn't even seen.

I don't pretend like i know everything, I don't, I'm not looking to start a fight or anything here, I'm just doing what you said, research. It's better to ask people directly than to look at some 8 year old post that doesn't provide the information I'm looking for. Anyways, she's not a sub per say, we both can be dominant \sub so we gonna play a game to figure out who will dominate who. Do you guys have anything on that matter? Thanks for all the answers, again, I'm fairly new, so I'm not looking to show "hohoho look at me I'm a master " just legit advices and information about all this, best regards.

I don't have anything to offer in terms of advice, jist a kudos for acknowledging that you don't know it all and are willing to ask questions and take advice.

I will say that you should remember that despite what you see in porn or read online in places that encouraged your language in some of your posting, you are dealing with human beings who expect to be treated with the same courtesy and respect that you would offer in any other walk of life. If you would not walk into a typical bar and throw the word slut around freely, then don't do so in a bdsm situation either. Those sorts of things are reserved for personal interactions between partners, if that is part of their agreed to dynamic. Many people reserve that only for private interactions, if at all.

I know you have already addressed this. I'm just bringing it up again because it is an example of one thing that I for one notice that men pick up from online reading and porn watching that they come to believe is how doms are supposed to act. News flash-it does not translate to real life.

If you keep this in mind it may help prevent you from picking up other non desirable habits.

I think you realise this, but legally, any contract you and other sign isn't worth the paper it's written on. If , however, it codifies aspects of your relationship, then more power to you.

Not only that, but there have been cases where such contract have been used by the prosecution to show in court that there was intent to break the law (which aggravates the charges).

I'm not current on the legality of BDSM in France, but -if worst comes to worst, something goes wrong, somebody gets seriously hurt and you find yourself in a hospital talking to a cop- I would under NO circumstance bring up the existence of a BDSM contract without consulting a lawyer first.

Such games can be extremely fun. I've done it often. When I play with somebody I switch with, I usually even fight back during the scene until they 'tame' me, even if they're the one Topping (I'm notoriously known for kicking backwards while being flogged, if the Top neglects to restrain my feet somehow).

A word of advice if there's a chance that your 'game' might end up being a match of play wrestling, to find out who's on top at the end: Clear the room as much as possible. Hitting your head on the sharp corner of a coffee table during a take down is a real mood killer.

Y'know, I'm not against contracts for codifying things and provoking discussions, but I can't imagine them being used to determine roles. Even if they could be used for that, I'd rather use UllrsIshtarr's idea. It sounds more fun.
