Michigan outlaws FGM (female genital mutilation). While FGM is not necessarily related to BDSM. It is a form of control that is done to innocent girls who have no say. Michigan is the 25th state in the US to outlaw FGM. It is sad this law is needed. I would hope all 50 states will eventually pass this law and protect innocent girls.

this should be outlawed in all country's and all trade and travel to those that preform it should be stopped till the practice is ended
