They want me to let them put cigarette ashes on my tongue, in my mouth & I'm to swallow. Next they want to put their cigarette butts out on my tongue & me to swallow them. Is any of this safe, or how should I do it safely?

OP - ever burnt your tongue with a hot beverage? Now , imagine that pain/discomfort magnified by a power of ten.

Since the burn would be on your tongue, it would PROBABLY heal quickly - think a few days - a week tops, and every time you swallowed, chewed, spoke or moved your tongue it would hurt.

Cigarette ashes probably wouldn't do you much harm, depending on how many people you are talking about, butts might be a different matter since they are supposed to filter all the icky stuff out of cigarettes. Since they can make dogs sick, i'm guessing they would do the same to a human.

All-in-all kind of a dumb fetish to me, but if you're up for it, go for it. Probably wouldn't do much harm - probably.

Of course, there is a chance that the burn on the tongue becomes infected. That means a trip to the doctor and explaining how he got the burn in the first place.

Yes, I am crazy about feathered creatures. I have a dozen chickens, 3 ducks, 5 geese, and 2 parakeets.

Revise that number. Just got 14 new chicks and 5 turkeys.

Also open sore in the mouth is a great gateway for bacteria and other bodily fluid transmitted diasease.

swallowing the butts is not safe and puts you at risk for communicable diseases. you could also overdose on the nicotine.
