I wonder what a totally unbiased, objective news outlet would even look like any more. Perhaps Judge Judy could run it. 'Just the facts'. Most news is objective and presents 'the facts'... it's the commentary that is subjective. The way bias creeps in is when a certain news networks chooses to interview people or feature stories which support their agenda while ignoring those that don't. FOX has largely ignored the Donald Trump Jr. story as news while the more popular commentators deny it or downplay it, then tie it into the same 'liberal hysteria' narrative they've been peddling for over a decade. Remember when it seemed like every week they were going after some teacher who told a student to take off a politically charged t-shirt? It fits their whole 'conservatives are persecuted/liberals are hysterical tyrants' narrative... the same narrative that most RWNJ posters on this board have taken to heart. It is based on facts, but in reality it is totally insignificant. However if you feature the story and then later on throw in some highly subjective commentary sprinkled with lies, you can be 'objective' while relying on commentators to blow it up and make it effective propaganda. Commentary is far more popular than news, so it's not going to go away any time soon.
