As of the 2010 US Census demographics, Toledo was 27.2% Black or African American, and 64.8% White (61.4% White Non-Hispanic). I contacted a couple of my HS math instructors via FaceBook and asked them if 27.2% was larger than 64.8% or 61.4%. They assured me that it was not.
You might want to do a little bit of fact-checking before spouting nonsense.
I would not be surprised if that vehicle with the Toledo, Ohio plate was there protesting the White Nationalists as a result of experiences by the driver when the Neo-Nazi's were in Toledo, Ohio (which wasn't majority black back then, either). Regardless, the driver should face some consequences, as his action was illegal.
Where did you get the info that the plate was a "Toledo, Ohio" plate? I couldn't zoom in and still make out the County sticker (lower left portion of the plate; the lower right is the month the plate expires with the color designating year). Even it was a Lucas County sticker, you're still not going to be certain it's a Toledo driver.
