I have a latte or mocha almost every morning but always sugar free and nonfat, comes to about 80 cal.

[tho] mine have come from duncin donuts. okok we have eletiricty in my town. maybe ill call the coffee shops around to see what they have..... hmmmmmmmmm

I live in the Seattle area so grew up on lattes, daughter's first job was as a barista so we know the coffee stands pretty well. Much as i love Starbucks coffee, they don't have much in sugar free, but some of the local drive up coffee stands can make almost any flavor sugar free and nonfat.  My current favorite is raspberry silk (raspberry and white chocolate).

Wellllllll, in case you had not heard.........I am a chocoholic[:D]. If I am feeling REALLY decadent on a cold winter weekend morning. I will take my favourite brew (its called French Quarter....its coffee mixed with roasted chickory and brewed very strong, I mean VERY strong.....think expresso) grab my biggest mug, steam some whole milk(none of that sissy 2% or....horror of all horrors [:'(] skim[:'(], fill the mug about 1/4 to 1/3 with the hot milk add enough of the coffee to get it to about 2/3 full, stir in about 4 heaping tsp of Carnation RICH dark hot chocolate mix until that is dissolved, fill the rest of the way with coffee. TADAAAAAA!!!!
If  I am feeling creative I can add a little caramel or raspberry sauce.

Iced caramel macchiato is my all time fav, I don't know the calories, but it has to be obscene.
