Comparing Trump's response to Irma to his response to Harvey serves as a glaring reminder that he owns property in Florida. Maybe he wants the debt ceiling raised because he thinks taxpayers should pay for any damage done to Mar-A-Lago?

It was the strongest recorded in the Atlantic Basin, and with the most powerful winds ever measured. WTF does it matter if it ends up being the 5th or 6th strongest to hit the US? So the media shouldn't report that there's any danger involved because it might make people think that climate change isn't a liberal plot to control the world? Why are you so anxious to believe the media when it says it's the 5th strongest (so I guess no need to worry), but not when they accurately report other records?
