At Obscenity Crimes Website.
At Morality in Media Website.

im mentioning this simply to know what "they" are up to.

the pdf guide lists step by step how to clean up the media. i might add- that this group would delete cm site if they had the chance per thier views as seen on their site.

I think it is called fredom of speech.   but who knows.   Just cause someone puts it in print (in some manner) doesn't make it world policy or even true.

i debated over wether to post this. yes freedom of speech is good.

one thing tho. ok- suppose my home is searched this hour. porn is seized. the measure of indecency would be my geographical neighbors, not folks online or in the gay [in my case] circles I hang at.

i think the knee jerk reaction of janet jecksons breast was overdone. i also feel tho- there is alot of junk on tv and on the big screen that i would not want to watch with mom.

in the end maybe it is one of those non issues. health-housing jobs are important.

After 6 years of watching nudity on German (east and west) television and 30 months in Africa where nudity was the standard, I am all in favor of nudity.

Hmmm....it is amazing that history has repeated itself.  I believe after the roaring 1920's and with the Fatty Arbuckle trial, Hollywood did have a set of standards called the Hayes Act.  There were certain words that you could not use in the movies and if there were married couples on film, they would include twin beds in the bedroom because this would not corrupt the public as if marriage should not have any sexual overtones.

I have also come to another question about that Superbowl incident with Janet Jackson's "malfunctioning wardrobe", if that was telecast in Europe would the citizens there be up in arms about the nudity?  Of course, children were also present at the Superbowl, but still, I think Europeans have a more open view about nudity and we seem to live in the Puritan ages.  Just my opinion.

I believe it is George Carlin that went all the way to the supreme court on his language and I think they only decided 6 or 7 words (something like that) were considered generally to vulger for broadcast media.

right now things are pretty good. tho- there for a while i was so into the hands off the internet thing.

nudity doesnt bother me. gratuitious violence is more distasteful [to me]

tho- i cant think of much if any i would censure from adults.

Considering that in most European countries it's perfectly fine for a woman to go topless on the beach, I doubt they would have had any problem with J. Jacksons wardrobe "malfunction".

I think Casino Royale was the most violent movie.  and it had everything,   cowboys, indians, soldiers, and James bond

I agree with your views because I would rather see two people who love each other than kill each other.
