Seeking a roommate to share a house. Male or female. It would be 50% of the rent and utilities and provide own food. Will have own room and use of all other areas with exception of my private areas. Must be pet friendly but my lease does not allow for any additional pets. Occasional sleep overs are permitted but under no circumstances will an additional partner be allowed to move in. I am not or will not be available for play. Respect of this boundary is a must and the same will be given. A play space is in the basement with a bit of furniture however it is my home and would want to know who and when someone is being brought in. I do keep an odd schedule and it is demanding. Must be tidy and be able to clean up after self. (I am not a service sub, mother or maid). So if you cook or make a mess...clean it up is all I ask. I do have someone to pop in daily to check on my pets when I have to go out of town. If you have questions please p.m. me. Serious inquiries only.
