Real0ne -> Constitution class: You Have NO Rights! (9/28/2017 8:37:21 PM)

The process that governments use to undermine contracts.

As an example the US government is presumed not to establish a religion, presumed to protect rights, they don't, they undermine and steal rights.

They repackage them by changing the labels to fit their jurisdiction. Most people don't even realize its going on behind the scenes, its the way its been done since the beginning of time and its happening right now and unless people wake up it will continue forever, it might anyway.

Every right you can conceive is and has been brought under, 'commerce', which is fully within the boundaries of their regulative authority, jurisdiction, and control.

This divide and conquer subterfuge is being used by the courts and legislatures to endlessly expand government control, while conveniently stealing your rights.

Your right to own and bear 'arms' as stated in the constitution (BoR) has been repackaged as guns,

Your right to 'free speech' has been divided and repackaged as offensive and non-offensive speech,

Your right to 'exercise religion' which includes the right of free choice has been repackaged as 'discrimination' in the case of wedding cakes, and bigamy in the case of the Mormons poly marriage.

Your right to 'due process' probable cause has been repackaged as probable suspicion, arrest as detainment.

Your right to a 'trial by jury' has been circumvented by judicial summary judgment process.

This is governance by subterfuge used by legislatures the courts to re-label, repackage and 'convert' your personal rights to bring them into their secular jurisdiction and realm in the case of religion, which in substance establishes the government as a religion, the commercial realm in the case of guns, and totalitarianism, thought control in the case speech, and complete subjection of the people and total destruction in the case of privacy and due process.....but we love you!

You might be right about the sinners taking over but I doubt it. One could try to formulate the devil's work in, skull & bones or the Illuminati etc. whoever, might be the anti-christs and bring forth a You might be right about the secular taking over but I doubt it. Instead, the case is that despite all of the righteous rhetoric and all of the pontifications and also those to the contrary, what you describe is going on and no matter how much we 'Trust in God' we have and have had nothing even close to 'christian' policy for 150 years or more.

These otherwise christian, devout presidents and elite in America, prayerful all, have all been devils when they needed and in some cases...wanted to be., and at the very least...acquiesced to murderous,. corrupt, govt.

Well you focused strictly on the religious aspect, summary judgment has nothing to do with religion what so ever, lack of privacy, end-run around due process, this is straight up 'breach of contract'. I did not put a label on the 'who', the final acts of constitutional sabotage are perpetrated by government agents, the blame falls directly on them, and the people for failing to recognize the subterfuge being used to destroy our rights.

Real0ne -> RE: Constitution class: You Have NO Rights! (9/28/2017 9:22:44 PM)

Look at the jury for instance, they have the right and 'duty' to try both the 'facts' and judge the fairness of the law, but no court will ever inform them of their powers and duties. The only way 'The People' can have any say in the law we live under is to acquit when the laws are unfair, hence the reason for the courts to accidentally omit that little fact from jury instructions and hence the judicial retains all the powers of law, and law remains forever disconnected from the people.

This is why the jury is so critical to this country, if scrotumus maximus or the state made laws that the people felt were unconstitutional they would acquit, but through this subterfuge and euphemistic conversion that is an 'overlay' over the organic law, the people have been separated from and are no longer connected to their law.

The Constitution was pretty much disabled when we went into Admiral Maritime Jurid1iction. The gold fringe around the US flag in courts is evidence of this. Sometimes it is used against them when jurisidictional issues come up, butt with limited success. Ask if it is a court of law or a court of equity. But don't do it unless you know what you're doing and it is part of a plan. Just asking does not work. None of it is easy. Buddy of mine beat them but he had hired an ex-law professor from Harvard to tutor him.

They do not want people to know that the Constitution is effectively suspended so they give the Constitution lip service. The fact is they will do whatever they want.

We hold these truths to be self-evident…

The Constitution doesn’t give us rights but merely points out that we have them, so the problem isn’t with the Constitution but with us for failing to keep and maintain the rights that should be ours regardless of what some document or government says.

I don't believe I said that the the quote was from the Constitution but thanx for clarifying that for those may not have known.

Cool that you knew that, but some don't. Another thing is that they think "lif, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is in the Constitution. it ls also from the Declaration Of independence.

Also, people who support government snooping say "The word privacy does not appear in the Constitution". However they fail to mention that in the Bill Of rights appear the pesky words "to be secure in papers and personal effect" or something to that effect.

I wonder how many (per capita or whatever) have actually read those documents.

The right to bear arms has certainly been diluted. Walk down the street with a sword on your hip and you get arrested for "endangering public welfare" or another misdemeanor charge.

Exactly what is "free speech" has been debated off and on since there was a country. The Alien and Sedition Act certainly opened a shit storm in its day. But any time you deviate from all speech being free; you get into class privilege.

What is the difference in a "religion" and a "dangerous cult"? Toss in with the cake objectors and fundy mormons some snake handlers, plainsong baptists, some santeria, and some voudoun and tell me there isn't room for debate on that one.

Due process. If you talk to some fringers, and I know a few, you find many consider due process to have been given a death blow when by congressional order people could be impressed into dangerous service with no recourse. And when there was a demonstration against impressment with no due process or conviction of any crime; the protesters were subject to cannon fire. But, if impressed, you could get another person to take your place or pay a large sum to get out of the obligation.

Prior to that; the numbers of federal troops were kept low so they could not intimidate the individual states. The President could call out the militia for a total of 90 days before Congress had to make a declaration of war in order to authorize volunteers to be recruited for military service.
