I suspect the argument being made is....all things are indeed equal over the last 8+ years....one leader actually did something (or is about to).

Yes, he put the US and its allies at greater risk of a nuclear attack.
Situations like that inspire co-operation I guess.

They will also have to come together and figure out how to stop Trump from needlessly risking so many lives.
