Some months ago there was an advert locally by a lady saying she is offering a domination service. It was on backpage. I kept the number and now the advert isn't running. I whatsapped the number to see if she was still offering a service. She said no but her friend is, and essentially she asked me to send her a video of how I'd like the bdsm session to be. Does this sound like a reliable person, or not? As I'm having some doubts now.

The 'friend' should be willing to have a direct phone conversation with you to discuss everything. In my opinion, if you're having doubts, I would suggest getting out in the local community and networking. Asking for recommendations about professional dommes in your area.
