I just got a message in my inbox from a profile - onemexan1977

It is a scam message that links to a porn site - has some code in the message itself.

When I click on 'Mark as spam and delete' or 'Block Sender', or any button, it automatically sends me to porn sites - it will not block or delete the message.

Whatever button I press on takes me to porn sites.

Edit: Now whatever Collarspace button I press on it takes me to a new and different porn site everytime. Not happy.

Can admin delete onemexan1977's profile please? Thank you.

Ah, thanks for letting me know.

Well, just be aware that someone is using the messaging system to stick some nasty code into a message and then it hijacks your browser.

I just ran a Malwarebytes and it has not shown up anything nasty. Now running a full Norton scan.

I managed to delete it - or so I thought - by checking it in the in-box and then hitting delete selected message BUT it keeps reappearing in my in-box when I go back to the in-box.

Nasty. Not nice.

Edit:

Yep, back again - it simply will not delete from my in-box so am concerned what else it is doing on my PC.

I believe this site is run by volunteers. It is free and not looking to meet at this time so the one small problem I have isnt worth contacting support about. You could do what I did. I made a second account. In case of a problem with one I have the other one.

Support used to answer. Within a few days. Been a few years that I wrote two or three separate times. A month or so ago did write about something more major then the more recent minor issue. No answer so didn't bother with the newer issue.
