Need help. We want to videotape our scenes and sell them. Fairly hard core bdsm. Male Dom, female sub bbw, shapely however. We live in Minnesota and have a list of people already that wish to purchase videos, but we don't know where to begin in the area of business rules/laws etc. Any help appreciated and will share in the profits. thanks delite

I may not know much about this topic myself, but when it comes to law, don't just go with what people say on the internet; go find yourself a kink-friendly lawyer and ask them the legal questions. And no, I'm not a lawyer; I'm a computer geek.

If you are going to be selling your videos, you need signed 'model release forms' for eveyone in the video, proof of age(at least one w/ pic) on file. Take pics of ID's next to models face. Everyone involved must be over 18. [and ya better be able to prove it] Also, check the 2257 laws.

Are you looking for active participants, or camera people? I live in Mankato, Minnesota.

Also, not to be anal, but be very sure of the local codes and laws. It would suck to have the sheriff come to your door to haul you off to jail cuz a "friend" that purchased one happened to show or mention it to someone that they should not have. I know many of the midwestern states are fairly strict about the filming of pornography, especially considering that you are selling them. I am remembering an aquaintance of mine that got into quite a mess in Kansas City.
