It IS a distraction from what is going on with trump and moore. why? because its not news, bill has been the bogey man for twenty years, his accusers aren't new, there are no other allegations in how many years or have there?
Bill isnt president now, neither is hillary, neither are running for seats, neither are in the government.
If it came out today bill probably would have been charged and jailed. depending on the statute of limitations. Except he WAS president. And like Trump, cannot be charged while president.
Most people in the 90s didn't give a damn compared to how its viewed in the last year. Well except by various "victims" of mostly men that have come out in the past year.
Sexual assault is not partisan.
How you deal with it says a lot.
