I was doing a bit of research on what can constitute "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" as referenced in Article II of the Constitution. Of course a Wiki page comes up in every Google search :) From: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_crimes_and_misdemeanors The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct peculiar to officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, unbecoming conduct, and refusal to obey a lawful order. Offenses by officials also include ordinary crimes, but perhaps with different standards of proof and punishment than for nonofficials, on the grounds that more is expected of officials by their oaths of office. I just happened to notice the phrase: *"unbecoming conduct"*. Just ponder that for a moment with our current administration. I almost snarfed hot coffee.

You'd be surprised I think, if you read the history of impeachment even if a few articles were on some pretty egregious behavior. Should do an OP on it.

I would think so. Impeachment covers ALL Civil Officers. I am not sure if that covers the AG. He is a poster child for perjury. Pence lied on TV a dozen times. (I wish he were under oath) Reince Priebus lied on TV. Ohh... Sean Spicer! ok... The last two are not civil officers.
