Taking your question completely at face value, I will answer.

I didn't see the speech, live (I have better things to do with my time than to watch Hollyweird celebrate itself), but I did get the full speech on Youtube.

Honestly, I thought it was a wonderful speech, full of the proper amount of outrage and hope for a change that Hollyweird needs to impose on itself. I just love how they're a bunch of scumbags, so the rest of us must be the same. Projection at its finest!

Unfortunately, because of the political ground that most on the left seem to hold, Oprah probably would be a good candidate for the Democratic nomination. I can see her announcement speech, now:

"You get a college! You get a college! You get a college! You get a college! ..."

Bernie would be proud (as would Fuaxcahontas).

I sure hope she doesn't run.

I do not dislike her. I have never been that impressed by her. She, like Hillary and Trump, has no business running for President.

I've always been about 55% liking her, but I think one could make the argument that she "should" run.

She's a lot more likable a person than President Trump ever was. She has a HUGE following. She's certainly "savvy" about business.

If a President Trump can get elected, why can't she? Serious, far-Left credentials (as far as most of what I've heard coming out of her), African American and female.

I think (unfortunately), she could get elected.

Against trump, she likely could win. That doesn't make her qualified to be President.

You would be one sorry Republican if she runs. It would be the biggest embarrassment and defeat for the Republican brand since Nixon.

As an American, I hope she doesn't run.

Elizabeth Warren, were it up to me.

Elizabeth Warren is definitely not the perfect Democrat. Bernie Sanders is definitely not the perfect Democrat.

A "perfect Democrat" lost in the last election, for being just that.

Democratic voters wisened up, Republican voters still visit downtown.

Beat me to it, though I'm not a Republican, and hope she doesn't run.

I think that the country is over-dosed enough as it is with the "entertainer as president" experiment.

Every one year of Reagan or Trump has put our country five miles further behind, for each year. Enough already.

Well, at least Oprah is ten times more talented and just plain smarter by ten miles than Reagan or Trump when it comes to business (or entertainment), so there's that.

If Oprah run, the blacks will come out and vote again. She will get women's vote. She will easily win democrats votes because they rather have Oprah than Trump. And because she campaigned for Obama. Obama will come out and campaign for her very hard I am sure. That will help alot. And I think pretty much most minorities will support Oprah. Hispanic will probably support her too. So will Asians.

She is a formidable opponent! I hope she runs! It will be fun!

And she could have The Rock as VP as her bodyguard too.

But she doesn't seem like a political person. As in, she doesn't really have desire to run a country as I don't think she has any ideas how to fix it.

The people who won't vote for her are those strongly on Trump's camp. Conservative white males. But either she or Michelle Obama, always had a good chance.

When Ivanka runs for President in the future, she got a good chance too.

Trump has made me cynical enough about the average American to believe that she would be an excellent choice.
At the very least, she would just follow someone else's lead and not pretend she knows what she's doing.

Reagan did fine just doing what he was told and playing to his strengths as an actor.
Oprah could just act really sympathetic, talk about everyone's feelings and use her high-energy voice to make people excited about things they don't really even understand.

The problem with Trump is that he doesn't care that he doesn't know what he's doing, and doesn't have any concept of how much he is embarrassing/endangering himself and the US.

Yep. The celeb cult has gone as far as I want it to go. Beyond it, actually.

The Republicans should encourage her to run.
Assuming he lasts that long, she is Trump's only hope.

Hillary will not run again.

People were saying that after she lost the nomination to Obama back in 2008.
